Important Notes:

• Material type: Premium polypropylene (PP) – not fiberglass or ABS. PP provides better impact absorption and crack resistance.

• Unpainted finish: All bumpers and side skirts are shipped raw (unpainted). No primer, basecoat, or clear coat is applied.

• Surface condition: Minor surface scratches, mold marks, or dust may be present from manufacturing and transport. These are normal for unpainted PP parts and will be fully corrected during the sanding/painting process.

• Paint required: Professional painting by an auto body shop is required. Use factory color code for best match.

• Flexible nature: PP material is slightly flexible. This is a feature – it helps prevent cracking during minor impacts or installation. However, proper pre-painting preparation (cleaning, adhesion promoter) is essential.

Pre-painting preparation:

• Test fit the kit before painting to confirm alignment

• Clean thoroughly and use PP-specific adhesion promoter before priming

• Minor sanding or trimming may be needed for optimal fitment before paint

Finish expectation after painting:

Front bumper: Complete S65 AMG style front bumper cover – includes openings for AMG-style grille and fog light/air duct inserts (grille and inserts may require reuse of original or separate purchase; check diagram)

Rear bumper: Complete S65 AMG style rear bumper cover – includes diffuser-style lower section as shown in diagram

Side skirts: Pair of left and right side skirts (AMG style, matching the bumper design)
