Not Compatible With: G26 Gran Coupe (4‑door 4 Series), original G82 M4 (different fenders and mounting points), i4 (electric G26), or any 3 Series (G20). Please verify your body style before ordering.

M4 Design DNA: Features the iconic large vertical kidney grilles (frameless, with horizontal or mesh inserts), deeper lower air intakes, and sharper side splitters – exactly matching the M4’s road‑dominating presence.

Fog Light Status: This M4 style bumper deletes factory fog lights – authentic to the G82 M4. If your G22/G23 is fog‑light equipped, they must be removed or bypassed during installation.

Sensor & Feature Retention: Pre‑marked positions for factory PDC (parking sensor) holes – drilling required. Retains mounting points for front camera and headlight washers (check your VIN; minor modification may be needed). The one‑piece grille aligns with M4 styling.

Convertible Note (G23): The bumper is fully compatible with convertible chassis – no structural differences in the front bumper mounting between G22 and G23.

Material & Finish

Material: Premium Polypropylene (PP) – the same OEM-grade thermoplastic used by BMW for factory bumpers on the G22 platform. Flexible, impact‑resistant, and designed to match the vehicle’s original material properties.

Before painting or final installation, a full test fit is required to ensure proper alignment and fitment. This step is essential, as painted parts are considered modified and may not be eligible for return.

The G22/G22 4 Series already makes a statement with its bold vertical grilles. We took that foundation and pushed it to true M4 territory – without forcing you to buy a $90,000 M4.

M4 aggression, G22 fitment: Using 3D scans of both the standard G22/G23 and the G82 M4, we redesigned the front bumper to mirror the wider lower intake, the sharper side splitters, and the more pronounced front splitter of the real M4 – while maintaining alignment with your factory fenders, hood, and mounting points. It looks like it rolled off the M division assembly line.

Authentic grille philosophy: The massive vertical kidney grilles are retained (because that’s the G22’s identity), but we reshaped their internal mesh structure and surround to exactly match the G82 M4’s frameless, more angular design. No compromise on the “face” of the car.

Material choice = OEM durability: Polypropylene (PP) is the only material that makes sense for a modern BMW bumper. It handles daily driving impacts, resists UV and heat, and accepts paint without peeling. We reject cheaper materials like fiberglass or ABS – they crack, yellow, and ruin the investment.

Function follows M4 form: By deleting fog lights (authentic to the M4), we opened up the lower bumper for larger brake cooling ducts and a cleaner, more streamlined profile. We still included PDC mounts and camera provisions – so you don’t lose any features. This isn’t a race-only part; it’s for the daily driver who wants M4 swagger.
